Ski World Cup

The FIS Ski World Cup Race on the Saslong in Val Gardena

The first FIS Ski World Cup race in Val Gardena took place in 1969.
The Saslong downhill course was completed in 1970 for the World Championships and is now one of the most spectacular tracks on the World Cup circuit. With nearly twenty jumps, including the famous "Camel Humps," it remains one of the greatest challenges in Alpine skiing.
